R.O.C. Park is adjacent to the property and offers basketball courts, tennis courts, a playground, and a splash pad. Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and offers an outstanding beach experience.
Walk to The Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar or The Daiquiri Deck for a tasty drink. John’s Pass Village is only a 2-mile drive for shopping, Bubba Gump’s, Hooters, Overhead Surf Shop, and fishing charters.
You will enjoy so many conveniences within walking distance such as Winn Dixie, CVS, Dollar Tree, and the public beach.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the spacious sunroom with access from the living room and primary bedroom. The updated kitchen features the comforts of home including a coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, and a blender for those margaritas. The dining table can seat all 4 guests comfortably.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed so comfortable you’ll get the best sleep you’ve had in years. The master bedroom has a renovated master bath and a spacious closet for unpacking. Additional guests will sleep peacefully on the coziest sleeper sofa around. Sorry, no pets are allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
We provide something for all your guests to enjoy. 4 folding beach chairs, a large beach umbrella, beach towels, and a wagon to bring it all along to the short walk to the beach. Parking at the beach is also available for those who prefer to drive.
There are ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room, and sunroom. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom make it easy to log into your steaming apps like Netflix using high-speed internet/WiFi.
Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated community with cameras for everyone’s safety and features two pools where you can swim or catch some rays in a chaise lounge. The common area boasts a billiards room, an impressive gym, his and hers saunas with shower rooms, and an indoor hot tub. Catch fish in the intercoastal waterway from one of the 3 community fishing piers. *Owner must submit your names to the office 10 days prior to arrival.*
We provide our entire condo and the community amenities to our guests. We utilize smart lock systems for contactless check-in.

Pricing does not include cleaning fee, occupancy fee, and service charges. As our rates do vary, please contact us to confirm the pricing for your specific dates. We do allow for long-term stays as well.
