Welcome to Midtown Alley! Historically a row of automotive dealers in the early 1900s midtown has quickly became one of the most sought after locations in St. Louis. Incredible central location puts you minutes to downtown St. Louis, the Central West End, and many other spots. Walking directly out of the front door you have 10-15 restaurants and coffee shops, as well as multiple live music venues, and so much more!

Getting around is an absolute breeze! We have gated parking for two vehicles of your own, but also Uber/Lyft are also super accessible and easily obtained.

We have a strict no smoking/vaping policy. No parties/events without prior written permission – we welcome small events with an additional event fee. All details will be confirmed prior to booking.

Nightly Pricing

The penthouse is available for rentals starting at $275/night* Monday thru Thursday and $499/night* Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pricing does not include cleaning fee, occupancy fee, and service charges. As our rates do vary, please contact us directly to confirm the pricing for your specific dates.

*Based on 2 person occupancy – additional guests can have additional charges. Guests will also be required to have a security deposit which is refundable after checkout inspections, and a current government-issued ID is required.

Special Events, Photoshoots & Weddings

We are the perfect setup to host your intimate private dinner parties! The chefs kitchen and seating for 12 make this THE SPACE!

Please note that we welcome private events but they do carry an event charge that is based on total guest count, type of event, etc. Please contact us directly via the contact form further below, and reference what type of event you are wanting to host so we can provide a quote for you.
