The Dogtown Bungalow is located in one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in St. Louis. It’s also a very quick ride to all of St. Louis large attractions such as the Arch, Union Station, Forest Park, The Jewel Box, The St. Louis Zoo, The Muny Theatre, The Art Museum and SO much more!

House Rules

No Smoking inside or around the home outside. Smoking in any area of any substance such as but not limited to Vaping, weed, E-cigs, vapes, and more will result in a full loss of security deposit and or an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 which will be collected through the resolution center.
Please note if your booking happens to fall during a week day we do regular lawn service throughout the week such as cutting grass, weeding, etc. Lawn care people will never enter the home but you might notice them out in the yard performing their work.
We use security cameras as disclosed on our listing- these are located on the exterior of the home only and on the entrance doors facing outside- this is to protect our investment and to protect our guest. Guest acknowledge the use use security cameras on the outside of our property.
Outside guest are strictly prohibited and not allowed unless prior written consent is given by the host- any outside guest will be grounds for a warning and or removal from the property without refund.
Absolutely NO Parties/ Events/ Gatherings etc. except for the people listed on the reservation itself. No exceptions.
While we love pets we do not currently allow pets at this listing. This is a non-negotiable.
This listing was designed and planned with families in mind, that being said please make sure food and snacks do not go into the living room where they could stain the couch or any other furnishings. We do not allow food or drinks except for water in the bedrooms either.
Guests will not unplug or hinder the wifi system, or camera system- if guest does this it will be grounds for immediate cancellation of their reservation without refund.
Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen and cook etc, please make sure to clean pots and pans properly and put them away.

Nightly Pricing

The Dogtown Bungalow is available for rentals starting at $99/night* Monday thru Thursday and $149/night* Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a 2 night minimum. Pricing does not include cleaning fee, occupancy fee, and service charges. As our rates do vary (including holiday and special weekend events), please contact us to confirm the pricing for your specific dates.

*Based on 2 person occupancy – additional guests can have additional charges. Guests will also be required to have a security deposit which is refundable after checkout inspections, and a current government-issued ID is required.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours after booking: Full refund (get back 100% of what you paid)
1 Week Prior to Your Reservation: Partial refund (get back 50% of every night, no refund of the service fee)
Day of Reservation: No refund
