Proceeding downstairs you will find a perfect lounge area with a 13′ x13′ sectional , a pool table, and an 85″ smart tv with a SONOS arc system. Proceeding up the main staircase you will be greeted with the master bedroom, second bedroom , hall bath, and laundry. Proceeding up to the third level you will see the double sleeping area with another full bathroom.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home- please note while the home has been renovated you will see access doors to attic areas etc- under no circumstances should these be entered.
The Crittenden House is available for rentals starting at $299/night Monday through Thursday and $549/night Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a two night minimum for all stays. Pricing does not include cleaning fee, occupancy fee, and service charges. As our rates do vary, please contact us directly to confirm the pricing for your specific dates.
*Based on 2 person occupancy – additional guests can have additional charges. Guests will also be required to have a security deposit which is refundable after checkout inspections, and a current government-issued ID is required.
